Notice of Changes to Credit Card Policy
Due to a change in the fee policy we will no longer be accepting Discover card. We appologize for any inconvenience to our customers- Visa and Mastercard will still be accepted when shopping online, by mail or phone.
Recently the credit card companies have begun randomly requesting the 3 digit CV number off the back of some credit cards. Federal law mandates that we are not permitted to collect the number during web-checkout unless we are processing the cards on line. To make the shopping experience more secure for our customers we will not process the cards online. As a security measure to prevent identity theft it is the issuing bank (your bank) and not our bank that is requesting this. It is aimed to make sure the customer is in actual possession of the card.
Since the request for this code is random and to make this easier on our customers we are only contacting the customers that are being flagged for this code. Right now it seems to mainly be our international customers and customers using business or corporate cards. Be advised that if we email or call requesting this code it is necessary to process your order, we cannot override this request. Thank you for your cooperation.
