Shipping and Handling Charges
Effective at noon (EST) on 8/14/15 we have changed over from our traditional shipping chart to Real Time Shipping.
What is "Real Time Shipping" ?
We have linked our website up directly with the USPS and UPS to deliver ACTUAL shipping rates based on your location and the size/weight of your package. You will now be given specific shipping options at checkout, including a new, low cost, First Class Mail option on smaller orders.
You will be able to see all of your options and choose the method that works best for you and your budget.
For our International Customers- you will no longer have to wait for a shipping quote from us, instead you will be able to see your costs and choose your shipping time frame at checkout. *** Please note, each country has different policies on duty and import taxes and those will be the customers responsibility. You will be notified directly by your home customs office as to what taxes may be due.
As always, you will be able to see your total before placing your order and will be able to make changes to your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.

IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING BY A DIFFERENT METHOD WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HONOR YOUR REQUEST, HOWEVER PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABOVE SHIPPING RATES FOR AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF SHIPPING.
ORDER TOTAL CHARGE
Orders over $100.00 will be charged exact S&H. Package will be shipped either Post Office or UPS whichever will be less expensive for the customer. If you are prepaying or need to know your shipping total for your order over $100.00 please contact us so that we can give you the correct rate.
An extra $1.50 shipping charge has been added to the price of the queen/ full, crib and wallhanging preprinted quilt tops and backing. There is no additional shipping charge for the miniature wholecloth.
Stencil Company Return Policy
Damaged Packaging/ Product or Lost Package
Please contact us via e-mail or phone if you have received a damaged product, or if your product was damaged in transit. Keep all the original packaging material for carrier inspection (we will notify the Postal Service or UPS to submit a claim and they may require the original packaging material).
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we may look into it. All customers recieve an email with tracking information and delivery date when shipped. Please reference this information when checking on your order. All Priority Mail (USPS) and UPS orders are fully insured. First Class (USPS) Mail IS NOT insured. This means that First Class Mail parcels cannot be refunded if there is a loss between us and you. We will do our best to locate your package if there is an issue. International Packages will not be considered "missing" until 90 days has passed as per USPS regulations.
For international packages: The only option which will be insured against loss or damage is USPS Priority or USPS Express. If you choose the lower shipping option of USPS 1st Class, you are noting that your package is not insured against loss or damage, and we are not responsible for refunds should your package not arrive. We are currently experiencing delays in shipping internationally. Our estimated times are based on how long it takes the package to arrive to your customs office in your country. Estimated times may vary. We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, file missing mail requests and insurance claims where possible.
