Shipping and Handling Charges

To Our Customers,

Effective at noon (EST) on 8/14/15 we have changed over from our traditional shipping chart to Real Time Shipping.

What is "Real Time Shipping" ?

We have linked our website up directly with the USPS and UPS to deliver ACTUAL shipping rates based on your location and the size/weight of your package. You will now be given specific shipping options at checkout, including a new, low cost, First Class Mail option on smaller orders.

You will be able to see all of your options and choose the method that works best for you and your budget.

 

For our International Customers- you will no longer have to wait for a shipping quote from us, instead you will be able to see your costs and choose your shipping time frame at checkout. *** Please note, each country has different policies on duty and import taxes and those will be the customers responsibility. You will be notified directly by your home customs office as to what taxes may be due. 

 

As always, you will be able to see your total before placing your order and will be able to make changes to your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EITHER POST OFFICE PRIORITY MAIL (WITH A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TAG), OR UPS INSURED. IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING BY A DIFFERENT METHOD WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HONOR YOUR REQUEST, HOWEVER PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABOVE SHIPPING RATES FOR AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF SHIPPING.

If all of the items you have ordered are in stock the order will be shipped within 4 business days. If any items are out of stock your order will be held for completion. If you have any special time constraints or a need to have us contact you regarding your split-shipping options please contact us if you have not placed a note on your online order (you were prompted to enter any special notes at the Order Review section) as it may take up to 4 weeks to obtain merchandise from our manufacturer. While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion, we are a small company with only three employees and often cannot contact each customer to let them know the status of their order. $5.01- $15.00  -  $7.50
$15.01-$30.00  -   $8.50
$30.01-$40.00  -   $9.50
$40.01- $50.00  -   $10.50
$50.01-$75.00  -   $12.50
$75.01-$100.00  -   $14.50

Orders over $100.00 will be charged exact S&H. Package will be shipped either Post Office or UPS whichever will be less expensive for the customer. If you are prepaying or need to know your shipping total for your order over $100.00 please contact us so that we can give you the correct rate.

An extra $1.50 shipping charge has been added to the price of the queen/ full, crib and wallhanging preprinted quilt tops and backing. There is no additional shipping charge for the miniature wholecloth.

Orders being shipped outside the United States will be charged exact shipping, which is based on the destination country, parcel size, weight and value of the order. A handling fee of $1.00 is added to the shipping to cover packaging materials. If you need an exact shipping quote please contact us. 
*Prices in our catalog are effective June 1, 2019 and are subject to change. We will notify the customer if a posted price has changed before shipping any orders.*
Please Note: We are still experiencing delivery delays due to Covid on many of our international orders. The estimated delivery times are only estimates and may take longer depending on the U.S. and other customs offices. None of the shipping options are *guaranteed* except for USPS Express Mail. If your package takes longer to arrive, the U.S. Postal service will NOT issue a refund. Also note that the only options that actually track your package are Priority and Express. 1st Class will scan the package occasionally to give you an idea of where it is, but will not always be up to date. We will do our best to help you if your package is delayed, but often are unable to do any more than just request a missing mail search or update you on where your package was last scanned. 

***Currently the USPS is taking up to 90 days to deliver 1st Class International packages and up to 30 days to delivery Priority International***

Stencil Company Return Policy

Damaged Packaging/ Product or Lost Package

Please contact us via e-mail or phone if you have received a damaged product, or if your product was damaged in transit. Keep all the original packaging material for carrier inspection (we will notify the Postal Service or UPS to submit a claim and they may require the original packaging material).

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we may look into it. All customers recieve an email with tracking information and delivery date when shipped. Please reference this information when checking on your order. All Priority Mail (USPS) and UPS orders are fully insured. First Class (USPS) Mail IS NOT insured. This means that First Class Mail parcels cannot be refunded if there is a loss between us and you. We will do our best to locate your package if there is an issue. International Packages will not be considered "missing" until 90 days has passed as per USPS regulations.

For international packages: The only option which will be insured against loss or damage is USPS Priority or USPS Express. If you choose the lower shipping option of USPS 1st Class, you are noting that your package is not insured against loss or damage, and we are not responsible for refunds should your package not arrive. We are currently experiencing delays in shipping internationally. Our estimated times are based on how long it takes the package to arrive to your customs office in your country. Estimated times may vary. We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, file missing mail requests and insurance claims where possible. 

Returns or Exchanges

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE PREAPPROVED.
You may return unused and undamaged product for a full product price refund. However, to keep our shipping costs low, we cannot refund the shipping amount, or any additional shipping for you to return the product to us. Any shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. We suggest contacting us by phone or email to discuss options for returns/exchanges so that the best course of action can be taken.
Return Policy for Digitized Designs on Disk
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot honor returns or exchanges on our line of Digitized Designs for Sewing or Embroidery Machine. If you have concerns about the product please contact us prior to ordering or if you have an issue with a defective product after receiving it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
